EZWare EZBusiness Simple troubleshooting
Ezware simple troubleshoot we can do:
- Laptop/PC >> Region setup to United States and not UAE
- Make sure Microsoft Print to PDF is checked (((( Search >> Turn Windows Features On or OFF >> Microsoft Print to PDF ))))
- Do not install CutePDF for the user as it haven't gone to IT Security for approval, and it is not from the supplier
- If all fails, contact Shameem Shahulhameed from Procurement to coordinate with the supplier Sandeep (sandeep.bisen@ezwaretechnologies.com - +971 54 556 4322 / +971 55 804 3271) and be on standby as admin rights might be required
