How to check the recorded Vehicle Damage in the VHC Condition Report?
For the WIP that still be able to load in POS whether it is invoiced or not. Please follow the below steps:

2. Click on the Links.

3. Select the option "Review Vehicle Condition Reports."
4. Damage History will be displayed.

5. Select the WIP and click on “Details.”
Please note that the photo or media will be available only if the user recorded the vehicle damage when performing the condition report in the VHC process.)
6. Vehicle Damage will be displayed.

7. Select and click the line or damage you want to see, then click on the Media button.

8. Vehicle Damage Line Media will be displayed.

For the WIP which is no longer available to load in the POS. Please follow the below steps:
1. From the blank WIP, click on CRM then select the option “CRM”

2. Enter the VIN to search for the vehicle record, then select the vehicle.

3. Vehicle will be displayed. Click on the “Damage history”. All the Vehicle Damage History will be displayed.

5. Select and click on the recorded vehicle damage that you want to see or view the photo or media, then click on “Media” button to see the photo.

6. Vehicle Damage Line Media will be displayed.
