Error when printing Gate pass: “Vehicle on this WIP has not been Booked in. Unable to create vehicle off site movement”

You will get this error “Vehicle on this WIP has not been Booked in. Unable to create vehicle off-site movement” because the Customer TimeIn and TimeOut on the Workshop tab of WIP is “0.00”. The system checks if the TimeIn and TimeOut value is greater than 0 and then allows you to print the Gate Pass. If these values are 0, then the system restricts the user from printing the Gate Pass and generates the error message.

To fix the issue, the TimeIn and TimeOut values will have to be changed to a value greater than 0.
