Steps to update ZScaler root certificate on MacOS

• On you Mac, click Search Icon  in the top bar or “Command + space” – in windows you can you use “Ctrl + Space”, and then write Keychain Access and click on it.

• In the right side of the window and under system Keychains category Right-Click on system and unlock Keychain “System” and enter an administrator username and password.

Note: If the Administrator account not created on the Mac, you can use the computer password if the Account has a Administration Privileges. Otherwise you have to create an Administrator Account.

• After entering the right credentials, find “Zscaler Root CA” and double-click on it.
   Expand the “Trust” category. By Default, the first option (When using this certificate) will be “use system default”. Change it to “Always Trust”.

• When you close the window, it will ask you for Administrator Password to update the settings.
