How to set the status of the Service Contract to Completed?
To enter and activate the new Service Contract, the previous service contract that is used and completed for the vehicle (VIN) is required to set to status C - Completed to proceed.
Note: The previous contract and invoices have to be check and verify before updating the status to Completed.
To set the status, a new update report is created and added to the Service Administrators and Reception Supervisors access to avoid delays in activating the new service contract.
