Overview
A new section is added in our Asset Cards PowerApps, related
to delivery accessories which was previously paper based, but now it relies on PowerApps,
SharePoint and Freshdesk and it is paperless.

Accessing the accessory issue screen
1. Click <Accessory Issue> button from the main screen

2. Any service requests originating from Freshdesk will
appear on this screen

You can click the right pointing arrow to view the details
of the request and deliver the items

User can sign in the signature area then click <Send>
on the top right corner, a pdf file will be generated and sent to IT Admin for
archiving.
3. If the request is not coming from Freshdesk, then we can
generate a form on the fly simply by click the New icon on the top right side
of this screen

4. Form
will be displayed, we can select the username first, then start adding items to
the list

5. Click the plus sign to add to the list
![]()
6. To clear the list, click the reload icon on the top left
side on the gallery, to remove only one item from the list, you can just click
the Trash bin icon that is displayed next to each item.
7. Once all items are added, click the top right icon to
take you to the signature screen

8. Take user signature and click send, a pdf file will be
generated and sent to IT Admin for archiving
