Acrobat 8.0 Reactivation steps: -
Step: 1
Please Turn off the Firewall and Disable the Antivirus
I would like to inform you that in order to reactivate the Acrobat 8 product, you need to clean the installation first. I would request you please uninstall the Acrobat 8.0 product from your device.
Step: 2

Please visit to above link and follow the instructions to delete cache.db, it is very important to be deleted.
Step: 3
Please run this application: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Please visit to above link and download CC cleaner tool and run it.
Step: 4
After that reboot the system and please visit to below link and Sign In.

Please visit to above link after clean the installation and Sign In and then enter your old serial number, it will generate a new serial number, please note down it and then download the file for your product and install it. Please use the new serial number to reactivate the Acrobat 8.0 product.
