Step-by-step Solution
Check if you have ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime registry added for your outlook:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences
3. If there is no ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime subkey here then create one.
To create the ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime registry value, follow these steps:
1. Locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Preferences
2. On the Edit menu, point to New, click DWORD Value, type ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime, and then press ENTER.
3. Right-click ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime, and then click Modify.
4. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
5. Exit Registry Editor.
After adding the registry, try to use the archive function again creating a PST file on another location and check if that helps.
